- Handmade jewellery may have minor variations due to the nature of craftsmanship.
- Product weight and dimensions may have slight variations within acceptable industry standards.
Such minor variations will not be considered as defects.
3. Silver Purity & Product Authenticity
- OYA by GemKara jewellery is crafted using high-quality silver as mentioned in the product description.
- Purity details, hallmark information, and certification details (where applicable) will be provided with the product.
- Customers are advised to refer to product descriptions and certificates for specific jewellery details.
4. Pricing Policy
- All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
- Silver prices may fluctuate due to changes in market rates.

5. Order Placement & Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Order acceptance is subject to payment verification, product availability, and internal approval. Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance.
OYA by GemKara reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, pricing errors, payment failure, suspicious/fraudulent activity, or incorrect customer information. Eligible payments for cancelled orders will be refunded per our Refund Policy.
6. Payment Terms
We accept payments through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other authorized payment methods. Customers must ensure details provided are accurate. OYA by GemKara is not responsible for failures caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.

9. Warranty & Product Care
OYA by GemKara may provide warranty coverage against manufacturing defects on eligible products. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches from improper use, damage from chemicals/perfumes/water, stone loss from accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
10. Customized & Personalised Products
Customised products require additional processing time and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless a manufacturing defect exists.

12. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
